FROM THE DESIGNER

Hi, my name is Ira. Iโ€™m a Canadian fiber artist, pattern

designer, and author. I designed this pattern with a

heart full of sorrow and desiring to support the people

of Ukraine, a beautiful country where I was born. As

a Ukrainian symbol of identity, sunflowers indicate

the power of sun, prosperity, well-being and peace.

I hope you will enjoy making these coasters.
